Instant Access to Vital Documents

Any law firm can help you design and draft your “Emergency Documents” (aka- advanced directives). These documents, including your Designation of Health Care Surrogate, give you control over the medical treatment you receive, and your end of life wishes. Worley Elder Law is committed to making sure your Emergency Documents work.

Emergency Documents are frequently unavailable when they’re needed most, for a variety of reasons. Understandably, this added stress on your friends and family can result in delayed medical treatments, arguments over who knows you better, and even the potential for life-threatening concerns if your medical history or list of medications aren’t readily available. Our firm wants to make sure that doesn’t happen to you, which is why when you complete any of our Estate Planning Packages, we provide you with a 1-year membership in DocuBank.

The DocuBank Emergency Card makes your Emergency Documents immediately accessible 24/7. Hospital staff can obtain your documents via fax, or print them from the DocuBank website. Along with your documents, the hospital will also receive the names and phone numbers of your emergency contacts and primary care physician and a list of your medications (if you have provided one). Additionally, the card lists any allergies and/or medical conditions to help doctors provide you with the best treatment.

We include a DocuBank membership with every Estate Planning Package so that our clients can have the peace of mind that their documents will be available when they need them when they’re needed most.
